What CDW/SCDW Cover (Summary)

- Glass/tyres, interior, and personal items may be excluded or subject to conditions.

How the Excess Works
Example: repair is 30,000 THB. With a 10,000 THB excess, you pay 10,000 THB and insurance covers the balance (per policy terms). With SCDW, the excess becomes 0 THB.
After an Incident
- Stop when safe, switch on hazard lights.
- Contact UD Car Rent immediately and follow instructions.
- Do not move the vehicle unless instructed (except for safety).
- Obtain police/insurer reference details if applicable.
