We work hard to offer the most competitive car-rental rates in Udon Thani. If you find a publicly available, like-for-like offer at a lower total price, we will beat that price and add an extra
5% discount on your total.

What qualifies as a valid lower price?

• Same vehicle class & transmission (or the same model where applicable).
• Same rental dates/times, pickup/return locations, mileage and usage conditions.
• Same inclusions: insurance/excess terms, taxes/fees, delivery/collection charges, add-ons, etc.
• Publicly available at the time we verify it (not a private/targeted or corporate rate).
• From a local competitor operating in Udon Thani/Isan, shown in THB.

What is not eligible

• Mistakes/typos, expired offers, limited-stock “flash” deals that are no longer bookable.
• Voucher codes, loyalty points, referral credits, or closed-group/wholesale/corporate rates.
• Bundles with flights/hotels, or offers with materially different insurance, excess, or deposit terms.

How to request a price match

1. Send us a screenshot or link to the cheaper offer showing vehicle, dates/times, inclusions, and the final payable total.
2. Email it to support@ud-carrent.com with your name and planned pickup time.
3. We’ll verify the details and reply with a Price Match Confirmation. You can then proceed to book with our matched price −5%.

Notes: Price comparison is based on the total payable amount in THB for the same rental conditions. Once approved, the adjusted price applies to a single booking name/period and cannot be combined with other promotions.
