Rental Guide
Please review these general terms and conditions before completing your reservation.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Renter requirements
Additional drivers must meet the same age policy.
Required documents
The following original documents must be presented at pickup. We do not accept photos or copies.
- Passport (foreign nationals) or Thai ID card (Thai citizens)
- Valid driver’s license (not expired)
Driver policy
- Licenses from all countries are accepted. If your license is not in English, present an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- Maximum of two drivers per vehicle; the second driver must be present at pickup and sign the agreement.
- No additional charge for the second driver.
Rental period & calculation
- Each rental day equals 24 hours.
- Minimum rental duration is 3 consecutive days.
- No refunds or credits are given for early return; rental charges are based on the original confirmed rental period.
- Booking cancellations, no-shows, or shortening of the rental after confirmation are subject to our no-refund policy on booking deposits and any prepayments.
Payment terms
- Full rental payment and a refundable security deposit are required at pickup.
- Security deposits are accepted in cash only and refunded in cash upon return.
- Rental payment accepted by cash or credit card (3% fee).
- Debit cards and bank transfers are not accepted at pickup.

Security deposit
- Sedans / Pickup Trucks / 7-seaters: 5,000 THB
- Toyota Fortuner / Mitsubishi Pajero Sport: 10,000 THB
Deposits are refundable upon successful return of the vehicle per the rental terms.
Insurance coverage
Comprehensive (Class 1) insurance is included. With CDW, the renter is responsible for an excess per incident. Optional SCDW reduces liability to 0 THB for eligible incidents (exclusions apply).
Example: If a sedan sustains eligible accident damage, the renter pays up to 10,000 THB with CDW, or 0 THB with SCDW.
Excess (per incident): Sedan 3,000–10,000 THB (cap 10,000); Pickup/SUV/7-seater 15,000 THB (cap 15,000).

- Excess applies per incident, not per rental.
- Security deposit is separate and refundable; insurance excess is separate and payable if applicable.
- CDW/SCDW do not cover: drunk/reckless driving; racing; off-road or unsealed/gravel/dirt roads; unlisted drivers; negligence; interior wear; accessories; unauthorized areas.
- Windscreen • Tyres • Underbody covered only under normal road use on paved concrete/asphalt; excluded for unsealed/gravel/dirt, floodwater, kerb/obstacle impacts, debris-related punctures/stone chips.

Mileage limit is averaged across the full rental period (pooled daily).
Example: 5 days × 200 km/day = 1,000 km total allowance. Odometer is recorded at pickup and return. Excess distance is charged at ฿10 per km.
Why do we use a pooled daily mileage limit?
Pooling is fair and flexible—some days are longer, some are shorter. Unused kilometres on one day can be used on another, while keeping base rates competitive through predictable maintenance and depreciation.

Usage restrictions
- Vehicles may only be used within Thailand.
- Sub-renting or transferring the vehicle to third parties is prohibited.
- Off-road use is strictly forbidden.

Fuel policy
We operate on a Full-to-Full policy. Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full to avoid refueling charges.
