What’s Included

- Mechanical/electrical faults not caused by misuse.
- Coordination of roadside assistance and towing to partner garages.
- Replacement vehicle when necessary, subject to availability and service area.
- Basic on-site help where safe and feasible (e.g., jump-start, tire change guidance).
How to Get Help
- Stop in a safe place if a red warning light appears; avoid continued driving.
- Contact us 24/7 by phone or Line (details in your booking confirmation). Share your live location, plate number, and a short description.
- Do not arrange repairs without our approval. Unauthorised work may not be reimbursed.
- If payment is unavoidable (e.g., remote area), obtain an official tax invoice and call us first for approval.
Notes & Exclusions
- Issues caused by misuse, negligence, off-road use, or non-covered damage may incur charges (see Damage Policy).
- Response times depend on location, traffic, workshop hours, and safety/access conditions.
- Service is provided within our standard coverage area; remote/inaccessible locations may require special arrangements and fees.
