Your rental rate already includes routine maintenance. If the vehicle needs attention or you require help during your rental, our team is available 24/7.

What’s Included

• Scheduled service (oil, filters, periodic maintenance).
• Mechanical/electrical faults not caused by misuse.
• Coordination of roadside assistance and towing to partner garages.
• Replacement vehicle when necessary, subject to availability and service area.
• Basic on-site help where safe and feasible (e.g., jump-start, tire change guidance).

How to Get Help

1. Stop in a safe place if a red warning light appears; avoid continued driving.
2. Contact us 24/7 by phone or Line (details in your booking confirmation). Share your live location, plate number, and a short description.
3. Do not arrange repairs without our approval. Unauthorised work may not be reimbursed.
4. If payment is unavoidable (e.g., remote area), obtain an official tax invoice and call us first for approval.

• Issues caused by misuse, negligence, off-road use, or non-covered damage may incur charges (see Damage Policy).
• Response times depend on location, traffic, workshop hours, and safety/access conditions.
• Service is provided within our standard coverage area; remote/inaccessible locations may require special arrangements and fees.
