Money-back Guarantee Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the vehicle’s condition at pickup or with our service for any reason, you may choose a replacement vehicle (subject to availability) or request a full rental refund and cancel on the spot. We will not push for a sale—our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable with your rental.
What is covered
- Vehicle condition or cleanliness at pickup does not meet reasonable expectations.
- Features or specification delivered differ materially from what was confirmed.
- Service experience at pickup is unsatisfactory.
Simple conditions
- Let our staff know at pickup, before leaving the location, and tell us the reason.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as presented at pickup (i.e., no additional mileage, damage, or fuel use).
- Refund applies to the rental amount paid. Security deposits are separate and fully refundable per our standard terms.
Exclusions (fair use)
- Requests made after the vehicle has left the pickup location or after substantial use.
- Issues outside our control (e.g., personal schedule changes, third-party delays, weather).
- Damage, traffic fines, tolls, fuel, or optional add-ons already used.
How to claim
- Tell our staff at pickup that you wish to cancel under the Money-back Guarantee and provide a brief reason.
- We will offer an immediate replacement if available; otherwise we will process a full refund of the rental charge.
- Refund method matches your original payment method. Bank/processor timelines may apply.
