Replacement Vehicle
If your rental experiences a fault or abnormal operation during the hire, we will arrange a
replacement vehicle at no additional cost for covered incidents, subject to availability and service area.
What’s Covered
- Mechanical or electrical failure not caused by misuse.
- Manufacturer-related issues that make the car unsafe or inoperable.
- Breakdowns within our standard service area (Udon Thani and designated nearby provinces).
What’s Not Covered (Charges May Apply)
- Misuse or negligence (e.g., driving with warning lights on, filling wrong fuel, off-road use).
- Accidents or damage outside insurance terms or not reported as required.
- Incidents outside our service area, inaccessible locations, or where recovery is unsafe.
How It Works
- Contact us 24/7 with your name, location (pin/coordinates), vehicle plate, and the issue.
- We triage and confirm whether the case is covered. If yes, we dispatch a same or similar class vehicle.
- Our team recovers the original vehicle. You continue your rental in the replacement vehicle.
What We Need From You
- Accurate pickup location and a reachable phone number.
- Photo/video of the dashboard/warning lights if safe to capture.
- Do not continue driving if a red warning light appears; stop in a safe place and call us.
Timing & Availability
Response times and exact models depend on location, traffic, and time of day. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and will communicate an ETA after triage.
Costs
- No charge for covered breakdowns within the service area.
- Fees may apply for non-covered incidents, remote locations, or recovery requiring special equipment.
