Can I drive the rental car into Laos / neighboring countries?

Unfortunately, our vehicles are permitted for use within the Kingdom of Thailand only. Cross-border driving to Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, or any other country is not allowed.

Why it’s not permitted:

Insurance coverage is valid only inside Thailand.
Customs/temporary export documents and foreign vehicle permits are not supported by our fleet.
Registration and assistance networks are domestic only.

Alternatives we can help with

Border drop-off / pick-up: We can arrange delivery and collection at Thai-side locations (e.g., Udon Thani / Nong Khai Friendship Bridge). See:

Separate bookings: Drive within Thailand; then arrange a separate local rental on the other side of the border.
Private transfer coordination: On request, we can help coordinate a driver/transfer service to the border.

การจดทะเบียนและระบบช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินของเราเป็นภายในประเทศเท่านั้น
